Wednesday 19:30 (all year)

This meeting takes place in the church and is divided into two parts.



The first part takes the form of a Bible study. This may be based on a particular passage of the Bible or it may explore a certain topic, such as the biblical teaching on prayer or bringing up children. Sometimes a theme is considered over several consecutive weeks. On some Wednesdays there is the opportunity to hear news of other parts of the world from a visiting missionary speaker.



Having heard God speak to us through his word, we respond to him in prayer. Our normal habit is to remain as one group for this, but sometimes we break into smaller groups. A list of prayer topics is prepared in advance and other items are suggested at the meeting. We praise God and ask for his help to live faithful lives for him. We also pray about the needs of others - in the congregation, in the local community, in our nation and in the world.
