Updates from the kirk session and Deacons court

As a Presbyterian church, Smithton is led by a group of Elders and Deacons.

The Elders make up the Kirk Session, a body of elected men in the congregation who lead the congregation and provide a spiritual and pastoral oversight to the work of the church.

The Deacons make up the Deacons Court, a seperate group of men in the congregation who are tasked with looking after the practical needs of the congregation and those we work alongside.

Both the Kirk Session and Deacons Court meet once a month, and monthly updates on some of what they have been discussing are available to download below.
